HOW DO I REFUND / RETURN?
As www.mayetde.com, we trust every product we offer for sale, but if you are not satisfied for any reason, the product is not damaged, the label and logos, if any, have not been removed, the product protection band has not been opened and the hygiene tapes, if any, not removed, with its original box, packaging and accessories and the original invoice. You can return / exchange by sending us together.
For return / exchange, you can reach us from the contact information in the “Contact” section and send your request for return / change together with the products with the words “Change” or “Return” on the back of the original invoice.
– You can send the return of the products to the address of Kültür Mah Gazete Muhabirleri Sitesi No: 17 Ulus / Beşiktaş – Istanbul-TURKEY via the courier that delivers your products to you.
– If the campaign conditions continue to be met for the return / exchange of a product that benefits from campaigns or discounted products, the return / exchange will be made at this amount. In this context, in the case of installment shopping returns, the Bank can make the payment in installments no matter how many installments the product is purchased.
